ORDER:

The petitioner claims to be the owner of Ac. 0.13 guntas in Survey No.258/B of Lashker Singaram Village, Hanamkonda Mandal, Warangal District. The petitioner constructed a compound wall and a shed inside the premises and applied for grant of building permission to construct residential house inside the compound wall along with payment of requisite fee. At this stage, the petitioner apprehends that at the instance of the 2nd respondent, the respondent authorities are taking coercive steps without following the due process of law. Hence, this writ petition.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's building permission application is under consideration and the same would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed within a period of two (2) weeks and till the building permission application is considered by following the due process only, action would be taken, as warranted by law and as of now, no such action is initiated and it is only an apprehension of the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. It is needless to observe that till the building permission is granted and appropriate orders are passed and by following the due process only, appropriate action, as warranted by law, would be taken against the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
