The prayer of the petitioners in this case reads as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authorities in not conducting survey demarcate the lands and fix the boundaries and also FLine to the petitioners lands to an extent of Acs.15.00 gts covered by Sy.No.133/1/521/1 Old Sy.No.133/1 Acs 10 00 gts covered by Sy.No.133/1/521/2 Old Sy.No.133/1 and Acs.25-00gts covered by Sy.No.133/1/522 Old Sy.No.
133/1 situated at Bethupally Village Sathupally Mandal Khammam District as illegal arbitrary unconstitutional and contrary to the Survey and Boundaries Act consequently direct the respondents to conduct survey and demarcate and fix the boundaries and also FLine to the above lands of the petitioners in pursuance of their applications dated 14 09 2018 and to pass such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioners submitted a F-line application on 14.09.2018 seeking relief and were promised that the needful would be done within 45 working days. Having received such an application, it is not open to the Tahsildar, Sathupally Mandal, khammam District, to remain somnolent.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Sathupally Mandal, Khammam District, to take appropriate action on the petitioners' application in accordance with the due procedure expeditiously and in any event, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
