HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4788 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he filed appeal along with stay petition before the 2nd respondent against the orders dated 11.01.2017 passed by the 3rd respondent in Rc.No.B/528/2016. As no orders are passed in the same, present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that standing crop is existing in the subject land. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal/stay petition filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, the order dated 11.01.2017 passed by the 3rd respondent shall remain suspended.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
