This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court on 11.09.2018, in I.A.No.01 of 2018 in W.P.No.32235 of 2018.

Learned Government Pleader submits that the Joint Secretary (Academic) passed orders on the representation of the petitioner.

In view of the orders passed by the Joint Secretary (Academic) of the respondent-Board, the Contempt Case is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedies, if aggrieved by the decision communicated now.
