HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed alleging that several crimes were registered against the petitioner in different Police Stations and petitioner is being harassed by registering different crimes and prays to direct the respondents to club all the cases and to be tried before the VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy district.

From the narration of the facts in paragraph-4 of the Writ Petition, it is apparent that except item No.9, all the crimes are registered in various Police Stations in the State of Andhra Pradesh. From the averments in paragraph-3, Crime No.91 of 2017 is registered in Rajendranagar Police Station and as per the averments in paragraph-4, Crime No.61 of 2017 is registered in Khammam III Town Police Station. Even these two crimes cannot be clubbed as complainants are different and nature of allegations made in the complaints are different. Therefore, no direction can be issued for clubbing all those crimes with Crime Nos.91 of 2017 and 61 of 2017 and to be tried by the VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy district.

Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. However it is open to petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in the State of Andhra Pradesh insofar as the registration of crimes in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
