judgment and decree, dated 02.05.2019 O.P.No.346 of 2016 on the file of learned Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-II Additional District Judge, Warangal.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner virtually.

Though entered appearance on behalf of respondent No.1, there is no representation.

Notices sent to respondent No.2 were returned un-served. A perusal of the record shows that respondent Nos.2 and 3 were set ex parte before the trial Court itself. Therefore, notice to respondent Nos.2 and 3 is dispensed with.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is convinced with the reasons mentioned in the petition.

Accordingly, the application is ordered and delay of 192 days in filing the appeal is condoned. _____________ NNR,J
