When the matter is taken up for hearing, on written instructions, dated 15-02-2018 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Tadikonda Police Station, Guntur District, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home that on the complaint of the petitioner, police have registered a case in Cr.No.26 of 2018 on the file of the Tadikonda Police Station, Guntur District under Sections 419, 429, 468, 323, 506 read with 34 IPC on 04-02-2018. The same is placed on record. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
