The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the proceedings of the respondent demanding the revised rates of Admission Registration/Recognition/University Services Fee Rs. 2,20,000/- for 100 students for the academic year 2011-2012, in addition to the fee fixed by the Committee for Fixation of Fee structure in Private Un-aided Professional Colleges constituted by the Government of A.P. Prescribed under Andhra Pradesh Private Minority and Non Minority (Aided/Unaided) Colleges of Education (Regulation of Admissions and Prohibition of Capitation Fee) Act, 1983 as illegal, arbitrary, without power or authority and opposed to the Art. 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the same..."

Learned counsel appearing for parties submit that the writ prayer is covered by the order of this Court dated 16.02.2016 in writ petition No.32729 of 2012.

The writ petition is disposed of on the same lines. No order as to costs.
