CVNR, J & MSKJ, J WP 17399/2017 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus directing the respondents to produce one P.V. Sanjeeva Raya Sharma S/o. P. Venkateswarlu ("the alleged detenu") before this Court and set him at liberty.

At the hearing, learned counsel for both sides submitted that the alleged detenu was arrested, produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate and also released on bail.

In view of the above submission, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
