This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.3 in illegally interfering with the construction of the petitioners. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the respondents are not interfering with the construction of the petitioner in Survey No.222 of Choutuppal Village, Yadadribhuvanagiri District. Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that recording the aforesaid submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition may be disposed of.

In view of the above, recording the aforesaid submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
