This writ petition is filed for the following relief; "to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not conducting the survey and fixing the boundaries to the petitioner land in Survey Number and extent 459/A, 0.24, 449/A, 0.07, 450/A, 0.18, 7E, 1.25, 451/A/A, 0.18, 451A/A, 0.09, 452/A, 0.27, 459/A, 1.33, 452/E, 0.26, 454, 0.28, 4570.18, Sy.No.456, Makthguda Village, Mothur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District is illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the provisions of Survey and Boundaries Act and Rules there under and as well as violation of fundamental rights guaranteed under the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to conduct the survey and fix the boundaries to the petitioners above said land forthwith and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the 'lis' in the writ petition is squarely covered by order dt.28.04.2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and batch.

The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above, and for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the said order dt.28.04.2016 passed in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and batch. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. Office is to append a copy of the order dt.28.04.2016 in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and batch to this order.
