The petitioner complaining interference in civil dispute filed the present writ petition. The Station House Officer, Yerravaripalem/ 2nd respondent through written instructions dated 20.04.2013 states that respondents never interfered in the civil dispute but have registered Cr.No.3 of 2013 wherein the petitioner is accused. The crime was investigated and a charge sheet was also filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
In view of registration of crime and filing of charge sheet, this Court is of the view that the writ prayer is misconceived. The writ petition is liable to be dismissed and is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
