When this matter is taken up, Circular Memorandum No.1851/C-13/SCRB/CID-T/2018, dated 07.02.2018, is placed on record wherein it is stated that the Circular Memorandum No.1851/C-13/SCRB/CID-T/2018, dated 03.01.2018, covering the subject matter, has ceased to operate and that all officers are, therefore, instructed that they shall not act under the said Circular Memorandum any further.

Recording the above said Memorandum, dated 07.02.2018, the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
