THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: i.

"To declare the proceedings issued by the second respondent dated 28.5.2011 vide Letter Rc. No.523/2011-D holding the election of the petitioner to as President to the Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society Limited, Chowdepally, as invalid and that the old President i.e., 5th respondent is entitled to continue as illegal, arbitrary, unjust apart

from violative of principles of natural justice and against the No Confidence Motion expressed by majority of the members in the meeting held on 24.4.2011 against the 5th respondent and against the proceedings issued by the 3rd and 4th respondents herein dated 13.4.2011 and 20.4.2011 respectively; and ii.

to consequently set aside the same by directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue as President of the Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society Ltd., Chowdepally, pursuant to her election in the No Confidence Motion held on 24.4.2011 in the society." At the hearing, Smt. Bobba Vijayalakshmi, learned counsel, representing Mr. Nandigam Krishna Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.18297 of 2011 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
