LA.No, 1of 2O18 Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition that "the petitioner/accused No.1 is directed to appear before the Station House Officer, Chilakalaguda Police Station, Hyderabad City, twice in a week i.e., every Monday and Wednesday in between 09.00 and 10.00 am, until further order" imposed in the order dated 07-02-2018 . The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein and order of High Court dt. 07.O2.20L8 made in Crl.P.No.1245 of 2018 and order dated 19.09.2018 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri M.V.Rajkumar Gabreil, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Assistant Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following
ORDER
This appiication is filed by the petitioner/accused No,1 seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court vide order, dated 19.O9.2O18, in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in Crl.P.No.1245 of 2018.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in Crime No.15 of 2018 of Chilkalguda Police Station, filed charge sheet before the Court of x Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad in this case.
Having regard to the same and considering the fact that since charge sheet has already been filed in this case, the condition imposed by this Court in the orderf dated 19.09.2018, in I.A.No.1 ol 20ta in crl,P.No.1245 of 2ola is modified as follows:
"The petitioner/accused No.t is directed to appear before the Court concerned personally on each date of hearing till conclusion of the trial." with this modification, the petition is ordered, "';SfJ+T,?T.?1'#IX^"
