Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in view of filing of charge sheet on 30.04.2018 and registering the same as C.C.No.451 of 2018 pending on the file of IV Judicial First Class Magistrate, Chittoor, the cause in this writ petition does not survive any further for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
