Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. 2.

Grievance of the petitioner is against not receiving his application for the post of Junior Lineman Driver as per the Notification, dated 10.07.2012.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, petitioner's application was received and therefore cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
