Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the [Vlemorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the Petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No. 117512021 on the file of P.S.Jeedimetla under alleged offences U/Sec. 420,409 IPC.

This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Nageshwar Rao Pujari, Advocate for the Petittoner and the Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent.

This Criminal Petition is fiIed under Section 438 of Cr.p.C. seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner/Accused No.4, in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No. 1175 ol 2O2I on the file of Jeedimetla Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 42O, 4O9 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. 3.

Though this Court directed the petitioner to pay the outstanding amount of Rs.14,85,000/- and extended the time for paying the said amount, thrice, the petitioner failed to make the payment.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
