HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION NO:19561 OF 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents 2 and 3 in not allotting candidates or allowing the petitioner to admit candidates in 2 units of Fitter, 2nd units of Electrician, 2 units of Welder and 2 units of Diesel (Mechanic) Trades for the August 2002 session to ITC.

When this writ petition has come up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the future developments in the matter, no orders are necessary in this writ petition, and the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

No order as to costs.
