SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITON No.1239 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, who are A3 and A7, in Crime No.06 of 2018 on the file of Ammenpur Police Station, Sangareddy District. The offences alleged are under Sections 120(B), 409, 464, 465, 471 and 420 IPC.

Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The allegation against these petitioners is that they have prepared fake documents with the help of A4 and A5, who are former Panchayat Secretary and Retired Panchayat Secretary of Ameenpur Gram Panchayat.

Hence, considering the nature of allegations, this court opines that this is a not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. 5.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners can file a petition seeking for regular bail by surrendering themselves before the court below. The court below shall dispose of the bail application, if any filed, expeditiously, preferably on the same day, subject to the pressure of other work. 6.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
