This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order dated 30.12.2015 in I.A. No.1048 of 2015 in O.S.No.74 of 2010 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Puttur, Chittoor District. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
