THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12187 of 2011 O R D E R:

Counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dt12.04.2017 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad For the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh stating that he has been instructed by his client to withdraw the Writ Petition stating that the petitioner would like to pursue the Revision already preferred by him. This request is also reiterated in the Court and sought liberty to pursue the said Revision.

Giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the said remedy, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
