violative of principles of natural justice and against the powers vested in the third respondent and the mandatory provisions under the A.P. Gram Panchayath Act, 1994 and (ii) To consequently set aside the same by directing the third respondents herein not to demolish the constructions raised by the petitioner in their land in Sy. No. 54, Plot Nos. 7,8 and g of Peerzadiguda village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Rangareddy District.
