OFFI CE NOTE 13.03.2025 JSR,J I.A.No.1 of 2025 This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 18.02.2025 in Criminal Petition No.1926 of 2025 against the petitioner/accused No.2 in Crime No.40 of 2024 of CID Police Station, TG, Hyderabad, directing him to surrender before the Station House Officer, CID Police Station, Hyderabad within two weeks and on such surrender, the Station House Officer shall release him on bail on executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties, for a like sum each. Mr.N.Gopi Krishna, learned counsel, representing, Sri Yemmiganur Soma Srinath Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is doing private job and he is receiving meager salary and due to the financial difficulties, he could not comply the above said condition. Unless this Court modifies the condition of executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/-, he will be put to great irreparable loss and hardship. Contd...2

Taking into consideration the above said submissions and also the averments made in the application, this application is ordered and modified the condition No.6(i) as follows:

"The petitioner shall surrender before the Station House Officer, CID Police Station, Hyderabad on or before 19.03.2025 and on such surrender, the Station House Officer shall release him on bail on executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, for a like sum each."

Registry is directed to correct the said condition in the order passed by this Court dated 18.02.2025 in Criminal Petition No.1845 of 2025 and issue fresh corrected order.
