Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the official respondents.

This writ petition challenges the alleged action on the part of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not providing police protection. 3.

Admittedly, the petitioner herein obtained a decree in O.S.No.103 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge at Miryalaguda and seeking enforcement of the said decree, petitioner herein already filed E.P.No.70 of 2017 in O.S.No.103 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Miryalaguda and the same is pending.

Since the petitioner herein has already availed the remedy as per law, she can pursue the same and this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that the petitioner herein is entitled to avail the remedies, if any, available under law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
