THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 4180 of 2019 O R D E R:

The grievance of the Writ Petitioners is that on account of the alleged illegal sand mining at Bekkeru Vagu, Mothkur village and Mandal, Yadadri - Bhongir District, water sources to be used for agriculture purpose are getting dried up. It is the grievance of the petitioners that under the above said circumstances, they filed several complaints to the respondents - authorities, but no action has been taken so far. Having regard to the above, if the said allegations are true, the respondents shall take appropriate action in accordance with law, after verification.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand disposed of.
