Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri J. Sreenivasa Rao, learned standing counsel for the Singareni Collieries Company Limited appearing for the respondents. 2.

This Writ Petition is seeking to grant the following relief: "... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not issuing hall ticket to the petitioner for the post of Management Trainee as per the Respondent Company Employment Notification No.5/2017 as illegal, arbitrary and pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for the Singareni Collieries Company Limited appearing for the respondents that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the common order dated 25.02.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.3905 and 3958 of 2020. 4.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is also dismissed in terms of the common order, dated 25.02.2020, passed in W.P.Nos.3905 and 3958 of 2020. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
