As there was no representation for the appellant on 14.02.2018, this Court directed the Registry to post the matter today under the caption "for dismissal". Yet again, there is no representation for the appellant. The above conduct of the appellant indicates that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the Appeal Suit.

In the result, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for default. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.

There shall be no order as to costs.
