THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON NOs.4106, 4126 AND 4364 OF 2019 C O M M O N O R D E R The grievance of the petitioners in these three cases was that the Joint Sub-Registrar-I, Registration & Stamps Department, Ranga Reddy (RO), Ranga Reddy District, kept pending the documents presented by them for registration.

The cases were adjourned to enable the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Telangana, to get instructions as to why the documents were kept pending registration. Today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader would inform this Court that all the subject documents have been registered in accordance with the due procedure with Document Nos.3787, 3788 and 3789 of 2019. The cause in these writ petitions does not survive for adjudication on merits in the light of the aforestated development. The writ petitions are accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions in all the writ petitions shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
