CVNR,J & PKR,J W.P.No.30380 of 2011 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for certiorari to quash order, dated 06.09.2011, in Consumer Complaint No.51 of 2011 of respondent No.2 - the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Vizianagaram. 2.

By order, dated 10.08.2018, we have dismissed W.P.No.30936 of 2010 filed seeking prohibition against the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission from proceeding with the appeal filed by respondent No.1 partly dissatisfied with the quantum of damages awarded by respondent No.2 - the District Forum. In this writ petition, the petitioners have assailed the order of respondent No.2 - the District Forum, itself.

For the same reasons for which WP.No.30936 of 2010 was dismissed, this Writ Petition is also dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioners to pursue the remedy of appeal, which was admittedly availed by them.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 16.11.2011, in W.P.M.P.No.37631 of 2011, is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.37631 of 2011 filed by the petitioners for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
