HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.17614 of 2017 ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed seeking directions to the respondents herein to consider the explanation dated 08.03.3016 submitted by the petitioner to the show-cause notice dated 13.02.2016 issued to him by the 2nd respondent herein vide Show Cause Notice No.E3/12472/2015-1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material on record.

Since the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his argument only to the extent of seeking direction to the respondents to consider the explanation dated 08.03.2016 submitted by the petitioner to the show-cause notice issued to him, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent herein to consider the explanation dated 08.03.2016 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition stand closed.
