CVNR, J & PKR, J CMA.No.105 of 2018 Dt:05.9.2018 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against order and decree, dated 13.4.2017, in I.A.No.1173 of 2016 in O.S.No626 of 2016 on the file of the X Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

At the hearing, Mr. V.Surendra Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal with liberty to his clients to pursue the application already filed by them before the lower Court. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellants in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal I.A.No.2 of 2018 filed for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
