THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.43441 OF 2016 ORDER:

During the pendency of the Writ Petition, the appellate authority passed orders rejecting the appeal. Therefore, Sri V. Narasimha Goud, learned counsel for the petitioners, filed a letter, dated 21.03.2017, into the Registry seeking leave of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh Writ Petition challenging the order of the appellate authority.

Granting the said leave, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
