HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4135 of 2020 ORDER :

The only grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 72 of the Registration Act before the 2nd respondent against Letter No.979/2019, dated 29-11-2019 issued by the 3rd respondent is not being disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
