Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition aggrieved by the inaction of the 2nd respondent in disposing of the petitioner's Revisions dt.22.11.2007 and 02.04.2016 filed challenging the order passed by the 3rd respondent on 13.06.2007. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner states that the said Revision though filed long back has not been disposed of till date. 3.

Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, Standing Counsel for respondentsTSRTC states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said Revisions within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said Revisions within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
