THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.14800 OF 2005 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the third respondent for not passing order in an application dated 10.09.2002 submitted by the petitioner for regularization by granting exemption to his plot bearing No.83 admeasuring 432 square yards in SyNo.152/1 situated Dommera Pochampally Village, Qutubullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to issue a direction to decide the application for regularization fixing specific time. In view of the representation, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the application of petitioner dated 10.09.2002, for regularization of the plot No.43 admeasuring 432 square yards in SyNo.152/1 situated Dommera Pochampally Village, Qutubullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, within one month from today, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
