Heard.

Petitioner seeks a mandamus against the inaction of the third respondent in entering her name in respect of Acs.2.00 cents of land in R.S.No.459/2 at L.N.D.Peta Village, Polavaram Mandal.

The petitioner states that she submitted an application on 14.09.2015 but no action is taken by the third respondent so far. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue has received instructions, which state that aforesaid land on verification of Fair Land Register is found recorded as AWD and as per the Village Manual Adangal, it is noted in favour of Kattava Kechamma. The said Village also falls in the Agency Area and the petitioner belongs to Non-Tribal Community. Hence, if the petitioner submits an application under Form-6A along with the documents through Mee Seva, her request would be considered by the third respondent in accordance with law.

In view of the above, it is appropriate to permit the petitioner to submit an application under Form-6A as referred to above under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and if such an application is received by the third respondent, he shall consider the same expeditiously and pass appropriate orders.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
