THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.4196 of 2019 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for respondent Corporation and with their consent the writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission.

2. Petitioners have a grievance regarding not extending the benefits on completion of 12 years. Alleging inaction this writ petition is filed.

3. When the matter is taken up, both counsel submitted that similar writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to consider the claim of the petitioners.

4. Having regard to the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent-Regional Manager to examine the claim of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
