HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.264 of 2018 ORDER:

This contempt case was instituted alleging disobedience of the order of this Court dated 17.07.2017 in W.P.No.21112 of 2017.

Heard and perused the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and counter-affidavit filed by respondent No.1-District Collector, East Godavari District. 3.

This Court, by order, dated 17.07.2017 in W.P.No.21112 of 2017 directed the respondent-authorities to dispose of the representations therein within one month from the date of receipt of that order.

The counter-affidavit discloses that the said order of this Court is complied with by passing a reasoned order on 15.03.2018 and communicated the same to the petitioner on 20.03.2018. But it does not disclose as to when the order copy of this Court is served or received to dispose of the representations within one month there from for the disposal made on 15.03.2018. 5.

It is the submission of the learned Government Pleader that the date of receipt of the copy of order of this Court is not available to mention, but, immediately, after receipt of the same, the respondent-authorities disposed of the said representations by passing a reasoned order and the same is communicated to the petitioner.

Having regard to the above, this Contempt Case is closed. However, if the petitioner has any further grievance, she is at liberty to pursue the remedies available under law. 7.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
