HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition No.3663 of 2017 Order:

The short prayer with which the petitioner, who is an auction purchaser, has come up with the above revision is to direct the executing Court to dispose of the application under Order XXI, Rule 90 CPC within a timeframe.

2. Heard Mr. V.Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the limited nature of the prayer made, the revision is disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of E.A.No.552 of 2015 in E.P.No.56 of 2012, within a period of 6 (six) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, however after ensuring that all parties are given adequate opportunities. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed. No costs.
