There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: " For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondents herein to take immediate and appropriate action on the orders dated 30.11.2013 to execute the N.B.W. pending against P. Siva Rama Krishna in C.C. 316/ 2006 by Honourable X Metropolitan Magistrate at Malkajgiri and pass such other order or orders as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances."

Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 placed on record the written instructions dated 24.02.2014 issued by the Inspector of Police, Malkajgiri Police Station, Cyberabad.

From the perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that as on the date of issuance of written instructions, the Station House Officer, Malkajgiri did not receive the warrant against P. Siva Rama Krishna in C.C.No.316 of 2006 on the file of the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Malkajgiri.

However, the learned Government Pleader for Home during the course of hearing brought to the notice of this Court that warrants were executed, C.C.No.316/ 2006 underwent trial and on 02.05.2016 A-2 to A-7 were acquitted.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. 7.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
