HONOURABLE SRI J USTICE SURESH K UMAR K AIT CRIMINAL PETITION No. 2458 of 2013 ORDER:

Vide present criminal petition, the petitioner seeks to quash the order dated 01.10.2010 passed in Crl.M.P.No.118 of 2010 in FCMC.No.25 of 2009 by the learned Judge, Family Court, Srikakulam.

Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that vide order dated 29.08.2016 the Honourble Supreme Court in SLP (C) No. 3669 of 2014 has recorded that the parties have settled their disputes out of Court. A Joint memo of settlement signed by both the parties was taken on record and thereby the parties were directed to abide the terms of settlement.

In view of the aforesaid submission of learned Counsel for the petitioner, the present Criminal Petition is disposed of as settled out of court.
