HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.2826 & 2827 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.2869 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused and 2nd respondent/de facto complainant of C.C. No.675 of 2016 on the file of XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, which is outcome of Crime No.1022 of 2014 of P.S. Punjagutta, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 IPC, are present before this Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
