THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7757 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.1192 of 2014 on the file of KPHB Colony, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 IPC. The allegation against the petitioner is that by creating the documents and forging the signatures of the father of the complainant, the petitioner got registered the property belonging to the father of the complainant, in his name.

When the case is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation, further action against the petitioner is dropped and hence, the question of arresting the petitioner does not arise.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J June 14, 2016.
