THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.5762 of 2011 Oral Order:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Fisheries. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners requests the Court to permit the petitioners to apply fresh applications in terms of G.O.Ms.No.7 dated 16.3.2013 as amended vide G.O.Ms.No.15 dated 26.5.2015; and that the respondents may be directed to consider the same, as and when such applications are being made by the petitioners.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to apply fresh applications as per the above Government Orders, and if such applications are filed and petitioners are fully compliant with the requirements, the authorities are directed to pass appropriate orders within a period of two months thereafter. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions if any pending shall stand closed.
