Heard the counsel for petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Services, for respondents.

The petitioners have filed this Writ Petition seeking consideration of their representation dt.03.10.2017 seeking regularization of their services in the 1st respondent-Organization where they are employed in the post of L.V. Driver for more than (25) years.

The learned Government Pleader for Services, appearing for respondents, states that the 1st respondent will consider the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the said representation within a period of six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
