THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.429 of 2015 ORDER:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri S.Rahul Reddy, Learned Counsel for the petitioners, submits that, after the present Writ Petition was filed, the petitioners approached the respondent - Bank and gave a letter of undertaking dated 29.01.2015 undertaking to vacate the subject premises within a period of eight weeks from the date of handing over keys; the keys were handed over on 30.01.2015; and the eight week period would expire by 28.03.2015. Learned counsel would submit that, in view of the subsequent events, the petitioners seek permission to withdraw the Writ Petition.
