THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.4736 OF 2021 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to declare the action of respondent No.4 in not acting upon illegal construction works without any valid permission and conversion in respect of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.0.07 guntas, in Sy.No.535/A and 535/AA, situated at Anajpur village, Abdulapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy district, which is subject matter of O.S.No.181 of 2017, pending on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy district and appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, as illegal and consequently to direct the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to stop the work and remove the illegal constructions in the subject land.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Govt. Pleader for Panchayatraj and perused the record.

3. It is the case of the petitioners that the unofficial respondents are proceeding with the unauthorized constructions in the subject land. Despite the petitioners' best efforts to stop the said constructions, those are not stopped. The petitioners also made representation dated 16.02.2021 before the 4th respondent to stop the unauthorized constructions but in vain.

4. Having regard to the above submissions and facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the official respondents concerned to consider the representation dated 16.02.2021 submitted by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________ T. AMARNATH GOUD, J.
