THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 23743 OF 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking regularization of services of the petitioner as ANM-Crush-Teacher in respondent No. 2organization with effect from the date of her appointment i.e. 01-12-1998.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though she has been rendering services with the respondents since two decades, the respondents are not considering her case for regularization of her services.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Hon'ble Court was pleaded to grant status quo order on 21-12-2004 and by virtue of the said interlocutory orders, the petitioner is being continued.

This Court having considered the above said submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents seeking regularization of her services within two weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order and upon such representation being received from the petitioner, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law in another four weeks. 5.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence. No costs.
