HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.15770 of 2013 O R D E R :

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since the case against the accused has been discharged on 15.03.2018 in C.C.No.1922 of 2016, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order granted by this Court on 03.01.2014 shall stand vacated.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
